In November 2020, Oregon voters approved Ballot Measure 109, which directs the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to license and regulate psilocybin products and facilitators, starting January 2, 2023.

Oregon is the first state to legalize and regulate the clinical use of psilocybin. One of the primary goals of Psilocybin Services is to skillfully match clients with facilitators. Their relationship is the foundation of a successful psilocybin program.
