The Ganjier Announces Celebrity Judges and Panels for the 2017 Golden Tarp Awards to be Held this Saturday, November 18th

The country's premier light deprivation cannabis competition will feature world class athletes, award-winning journalists, and celebrity musicians, livestreaming from Humboldt County.


GARBERVILLE, Calif. - November 13, 2017 ( Newswire) The Ganjier, the cannabis industry's widely respected platform for advice and information on specializations such as cannabis cultivation, law, manufacturing, branding and marketing, announced their celebrity judges and panels for the fourth annual Golden Tarp Awards. The competition will take place this Saturday, November 18th, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at The Mateel Community Center in Humboldt County, and will feature, for the first time ever, a multi-camera feed live-streaming broadcast of cannabis competition judging.

Knowledge Sessions will include the following diverse range of topics, and will be concluded by Fiona Ma, Chairwoman of California State Board of Equalization, followed by a discussion on regulation.

This year our speaker panel will be moderated by Dr. Dominic Corva of CASP, Center for Study of Cannabis and Social Policy. Dr. Corva is a Political Geographer and Public Policy scholar.

In addition to the Competition, the Ganjier, in partnership with East Bay Canna Community, will be hosting a fundraiser to help support the California Growers Association (CGA) Wildfire Recovery fund.
