RI Producer Chad A. Verdi brings Hollywood to RI with his next film, Bleed for This.
On November 12, 2014, you will have a chance to be an extra in a Martin Scorsese Executive Produced film.

Verdi are pleased to announce the start date of their next feature film, Bleed for This, on November 10, 2014. The production is seeking up to three thousand extras for a fight scene that will take place on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI.
Bleed for This is being Executive produced by Martin Scorsese and stars Miles Teller (The Spectacular Now, Divergent), Aaron Eckhart (The Dark Knight, Battle Los Angeles), Katey Sagal (Sons of Anarchy, Married with Children), and Ciarán Hinds (Game of Thrones, Frozen). Bleed for This tells the true-life story of five-time world champion boxer and RI native, Vinny Pazienza (“Vinny Paz”), who was injured and left with a broken neck in a near-fatal car accident at the peak of his career. After months of recovery and against doctors’ orders, Paz returned to the gym under Mike Tyson’s former trainer Kevin Rooney, and made a triumphant return to the ring just over a year later.
Bleed for This was written and directed by Ben Younger (Boiler Room, Prime), Produced by Oscar winning Producer Bruce Cohen (American Beauty, Silver Linings Playbook), Oscar Nominee Emma Tillinger Koskoff (Wolf of Wallstreet, Silence), RI Producer Chad A. Verdi (Loosies, Silence), Producer Pamela Thur, and Noah Kraft. Joshua Sason and Michelle Verdi join Martin Scorsese as Executive Producers.
Verdi stated, "We are looking for up to three thousand extras to fill the Event Center at Twin River Casino on November 12, 2014. We need to fill the Event Center with up to 1,500 people from 6 AM-12 PM and then 1,500 people from 1 PM-7 PM." Verdi added, "There will be food and soft drinks served and we will be raffling off restaurant gift certificates, flat screen TV's, RI premiere tickets, boxing gloves signed by Champ Vinny Paz as well as other actors and a chance to have lunch with Vinny Paz."
