PROJECT

Treasure Mountain Silver Property

The Treasure Mountain Silver Property hosts multiple occurrences of silver, gold, lead, zinc and copper; and two copper – molybdenum occurrences. Copper and nickel mineralization is also reported locally in the northern region of the property. In addition, the property partially surrounds the Treasure Mountain property of Nicola Mining Inc. which hosts polymetallic veins and the historic Treasure Mountain silver-lead-zinc mine.

  • Located 30km east of Hope, British Columbia, 150 km east of and 3 hours drive from Vancouver
  • Project is adjacent to Nicola Mining Inc.'s Treasure Mountain Property, site of the previous operating Treasure Mountain Silver-Lead-Zinc Mine which exploited polymetallic veins.
  • Drill permits in place

Some highlights of reported historic work within the Treasure Mountain Silver property include (as per British Columbia MINFILE and Mineral Assessment Report Records):

  • Rainy (Cedarflat) occurrence (north-central region): 2011 grab samples from rock piles near an adit were reported to return 6.5, 7.4 and 11.9% zinc.
  • Spokane (northeast region near Jim Kelly creek): A sample reported in 1913 of 4.11 g/t gold over 0.9 meters across the zone.
  • John Bull (northeast region near Jim Kelly creek): A channel sample reported in 1937 of 9.6 g/t gold over 0.18 meters across a quartz vein.
  • Railroad creek area copper showing ( east region north of Railroad creek): Two 2011 grab samples from rock piles near adits were reported to exceed 1% copper and up to 76.4 g/t silver.
  • Rio Grande (southeast region): A 1.5 meter chip sample across a shear zone was reported in 1929 to return 1.2% zinc.

MANAGEMENT & DIRECTORS

Al Beaton (P.Eng) - Director

Mr. Beaton (P.Eng), has been involved with the original Treasure Mountain Mine since its discovery in the 1980’s and worked closely with Magnus Bratlien, the prospector who advanced the project over the years. Mr. Beaton was responsible for four levels of development and over 1000 feet of vertical development - over 10,000 feet with drifts and raises - prior to commercial production by Huldra Silver Inc. (currently Nicola Mining Inc.) where Mr. Beaton served as the Mine Manager over its three years of operations.


Quinn Field-Dyte - Director

Mr. Field-Dyte has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry having served from 1996 to 2004 as an investment adviser and later as a consultant to Raytec Development Corp. From 2004 to 2010, he was involved in the interactive entertainment industry, working at Electronic Arts Inc. (EA Games) and cofounding Embassy Interactive Games before returning to the financial industry in 2010. Mr. Field-Dyte currently sits on the board of multiple publicly traded companies. Mr. Field-Dyte was appointed as President and CEO of Winston Resources Inc on March 29, 2017.


Wesley Warthe-Anderson (B.A.) - Director

Mr. Warthe-Anderson received an honours degree in economics from the University of Victoria. In addition, he has formal training working with public companies, financing, and governance compliance through Simon Fraser University. Mr. Warthe-Anderson has an extensive background in marketing and statistical analysis. Over the past seven years he has worked on various mining projects throughout‍‍‍ Canada.


Barry Brown (B.Comm) - CFO, Director

Since 1978, Mr. Brown has been president of Barry Developments Ltd., a wholly owned private company involved in the organization, reorganization, and management of private and public companies. Mr. Brown has over 35 years of experience as a director and/or officer of a number of public companies. Mr. Brown received a bachelor of commerce in finance from the University of British Columbia.


Surj Uppal - Director

Surj Uppal is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in senior marketing and business development roles across diverse industries, including technology, food services, and retail. His notable career includes leadership positions at major companies such as McDonald’s Canada, BC Lottery Corp, and Jim Pattison Auto Group. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Micron Waste Technologies, where he drove significant growth and strategic partnerships.

Robert Schwetzke - Director

Mr. Schwetzke is the founder and Managing Director of High Impact Consultancy, established in Dubai, UAE. His firm serves global clients by assisting in procuring financing and equipment for the Mining, Ports/Terminals, Bulk Material Handling, and Construction industries.

Mr. Schwetzke’s management expertise, particularly in relationship building with Indigenous Communities throughout British Columbia, and his broad range of skills, will be invaluable as New Destiny Mining advances its Treasury Mountain silver project.

TECHNICAL TEAM

Dennis Sánchez Mora (PhD) - Vice President of Exploration

Dr. Dennis Sánchez Mora is an exploration geologist with over 10 years of experience between industry and academia. He has worked in a wide variety of gold and base metal deposits in Canada and in the Dominican Republic and has published and contributed to several academic publications. Dr. Sánchez Mora has expertise in using geochemical and structural data to understand and explore for mineral deposits.

Dr. Sánchez Mora has a BSc degree in Geology from the Universidad de Costa Rica, an MSc in Earth Sciences from the University of New Brunswick, and a PhD in Geology from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.
