Unlocking Domestic Critical Minerals for North America's Strategic Future

In a world increasingly defined by technological advancement and geopolitical complexity, securing a domestic supply of critical minerals is no longer optional, it's essential. Locksley Resources is answering that call. With a project located just 1.4km from the only operating rare earths mine in the United States, our company is strategically positioned to play a central role in reshoring America's rare earth and antimony supply chains.

Locksley Resources is listed on the ASX and OTCQX, with a mission to unlock secure U.S. supply of rare earths and antimony. We are advancing exploration at our Mojave Project in California, a Tier 1 location next to existing infrastructure, federal support, and direct downstream opportunity.

We operate with a focus on:

El Campo (REE):

El Campo Project Map

El Campo sits at the heart of a globally strategic corridor for rare earth elements. Just 1.4km from the Mountain Pass Mine, North America's only active REE producer. El Campo offers immediate geological prospectivity and national relevance. With rock chip grades up to 12.1% TREO and a defined 860m mineralised horizon, this fully permitted target is ready for drilling in Q3 2025.

Desert Antimony:

Desert Antimony Project Map

The Desert Antimony Prospect builds on the legacy of one of California's few historical antimony mines. With surface assays as high as 46% Sb and outcropping quartz-calcite-stibnite veins, this project offers both exceptional grade and scale potential. Locksley is advancing drilling and permitting to reintroduce domestic antimony production to the U.S. market.

Overview

The Project is located in the Cobar-Girilambone district
Located in Central NSW in the highly prospective Lachlan Fold Belt Cobar-Girilambone district and includes a 30 km strike length of Volcanic Hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) copper corridor.

Tottenham comprises of four granted Exploration Licences
(EL 9307, EL 6592, EL 6656 and EL 8384) and covering an area of approximately 470km2. All Tenements granted until 2026.

Resource Expansion Opportunities

The review will assess potential to grow the project’s resource base, following previous exploration success. Drilling conducted between 2021 and 2023 outlined a JORC 2012 compliant inferred mineral resource of 9.86Mt @ 0.72% Cu, 0.22g/t Au, 2g/t Ag at a 0.3% Cu cut off across the Carolina and Mount Royal – Orange Plains deposits. Notable high-grade intercepts suggest strong potential for further resource expansion.

JORC 2012 Compliant Resource

Carolina and Mount Royal – Orange Plains are situated within an under-explored and prospective land package containing 50km total strike length of a Volcanic Hosted Massive Sulphide (VHMS) copper corridor.

A thorough evaluation of all available geological and geophysical data, including geophysics, soil and rock chip sampling, and historic drilling, will form the basis for a near-term exploration plan. High-priority drill targets have already been identified.
