Chair of the Board

A venture capitalist with over 30 years of operational experience, Andrew has raised over $500M in value and capital for companies within the natural resources industry. He is the founder of Millennial Lithium and American Lithium Corp. and he is a director and executive advisor to Prime Mining Corp.


JOCELYN THOMPSON, J.D.

Independent Director

Over 40 years representing private and public companies, recognized for her experience in resource project permitting and environmental governance and stewardship in California and adjacent states. Former partner at Alston and Bird LLP and a member of the State Bar of California, and a member (inactive) of the State Bar of Texas.


STEVEN THOMAS

Independent Director

30+ years of international corporate finance experience. Steven is currently CFO of Mountain Province Diamonds. Previously CFO of Torex Gold, Goldcorp (Canadian Operations) and De Beers Canada Inc.


JACKIE PRZYBYLOWSKI

Independent Director

Ms. Przybylowski holds extensive mining capital markets experience, and currently serves as Vice President, Capital Markets at Gold Royalty Corp. She previously was Managing Director and Senior Metals & Mining Equity Research at BMO Capital Markets, along with other previous roles as a sell-side research analyst and mutual fund associate portfolio manager. She began her career as a metallurgist and holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering from the University of Toronto, an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and is a licensed professional engineer, a CFA charterholder, and has completed the Chartered Director program at McMaster University's DeGroote School of Business.


ALEX TSAKUMIS

Independent Director

Mr. Tsakumis is a public markets specialist with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of mining from exploration to production. He has represented mining resource companies listed on major stock exchanges. Responsibilities have included corporate governance, communications, finance, mergers and acquisitions and maintaining strong relationships within investment banking and the institutional investment community.

Mr. Tsakumis is currently the interim Chief Executive Officer and a director of American Lithium Corp. and has previously held the position of Vice President at Prime Mining Corp., Belcarra Group, Alio Gold/Timmins Gold, and Orko Silver. He began his career as an associate with the Barrington Group, representing leading mining companies. He is a graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.

Mr. Ross McElroy

President & CEO

Mr. McElroy joins Apollo following the successful acquisition of Fission Uranium, a company he co-founded and eventually led as CEO, by Paladin Energy in a $1.14 billion transaction.

Mr. McElroy is a professional geologist with over 38 years of mining industry experience, both in operational and corporate roles, having worked with major, mid-tier, and junior mining and exploration companies. His extensive international background spans from grassroots exploration to development to mining operations. He has played a key role in the discoveries of numerous world-class uranium and gold orebodies, several of which have been advanced to development and mining operations. His accomplishments have earned widespread recognition, including being named The Northern Miner's "Mining Person of the Year" (2013), and receiving PDAC's prestigious "Bill Dennis Award" (2014).


CHRIS CAIRNS, CPA, CA

Chief Financial Officer

Chris is a CPA, CA and brings more than 10 years of experience working in the finance and mining industry. He obtained his designation while at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), working with numerous Canadian and US-listed mining and exploration companies operating in North America, South America and Mongolia, before leaving to serve in roles as Controller and CFO of two publicly listed mining companies.


RONA SELLERS, LLB

VP, Commercial and Compliance & Corporate Secretary

Rona is an experienced governance professional with more than 10 years of experience in corporate and securities law. Most recently, she held the role of VP Compliance and Corporate Secretary at Maple Gold Mines Ltd. and previous to that she was Corporate Secretary at two publicly traded companies listed in Canada and the United States.


AMANDIP SINGH

VP, Corporate Development

Mr. Singh is a geologist and mining professional with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry, finance and academia. Most recently he was Vice President, Corporate Development for West Red Lake Gold Mines where he was involved in the corporate turnaround and acquisition of the company's flagship Madsen Mine project. He was also previously with GT Gold as part of the management team that saw the Saddle North Cu-Au porphyry project advance from discovery to eventual acquisition by Newmont Mining in a transaction valued at USD $311 million. As a finance professional, Mr. Singh was a sell-side mining analyst at a boutique mining focused brokerage, his coverage ranged from developers all the way up to senior producers. Mr. Singh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto.


ISABELLE LÉPINE, M.Sc., P.GEO

Director of Mineral Resources

With over 20 years experience leading resource focused technical programs and teams, Isabelle brings extensive knowledge in mineral resource management to Apollo. Her significant experience ranges across the advanced stages of the resource development cycle through to mining. Most recently she was Director Mineral Resources at Stornoway Diamonds.
