Kevin Sylla has a decade of experience working with emerging growth companies in the micro cap sector.
Kevin has had the unique opportunity to engage with these companies under different capacities from running their core operations, providing strategic advice, and developing action plans so they can execute, to acting as an investment executive, performing rigorous due diligence to provide his clients with the best possible return on their investment dollar.
Kevin also serves as Chairman and Director of Versailles Capital, a strategic advisory and turnaround consulting firm for undercapitalized and orphaned public companies.
Kevin served as Chief Operating Officer of PetroCo, Inc., an Oil & Gas company.
Kevin was Chairman of Pearson Darby Private Client Group.
Mr. Sylla has also been a featured guest commentator on the Sun Belt Report, a weekly news radio program on Wall Street Wrap Up Show.

Eric Axel is the Director of Special Situations with Perrin, Holden & Davenport (www.phdc.com), a full service brokerage and investment banking firm located in New York City. He also currently serves on the board of directors of Versailles Capital Inc., a business development and strategic advisory firm for public and private companies for which he previously held the position of Managing Director. Mr. Axel is a co-founder and managing partner of Pearson Darby Private Client Group. At Pearson Darby, Mr. Axel was instrumental in the acquisition of 7,000 customer accounts. Pearson Darby Private Client Group maintained a group of 20 registered reps. Prior to 1999, Mr. Axel ran a successful amusement
company. in Coney Island, NY which spanned over a decade.
