Since the initial introduction, both chocolate and vanilla flavors of Phase III Recovery have been regularly re-ordered to re-stock consumer sell-through at Duane Reade. Phase III has been ordered 7 times with a minimum order quantity of 154 cases per order. There have been six re-orders which began in September, the first month after authorization. Attitude Drinks has near term plans to accelerate its distribution in New York and will commence its fitness oriented promotion with SuperFit Championships, LLC this spring to leverage the success that Phase III is now enjoying in Metro- New York.

Independence Energy Corp., (OTCBB:IDNG) trading at $0.0082 rose by $0.0032 or 64.00% on a volume of 196,260 shares.
China Modern Agricultural Information Inc., (OTCBB:CMCI) trading at $0.33 gained $0.1229 or 59.34% on a volume of 10,300 shares.
