Coleman Cable Inc., (NASDAQ:CCIX) trading at $11.21 gained $1.35 or 13.69% on a volume of 202,714 shares.
Coleman Cable, Inc. delivered a profit that managed to beat Wall Street's expectations, as well as the revenue expectation. The revenue gain is a positive sign to shareholders seeking high growth out of the company, with shares are up 13.69%.
The company's adjusted earnings per share increased 471.43% to $0.40 in the quarter versus EPS of $0.07 in the year-earlier quarter, while revenue rose 12.93% to $233.6 million from the year-earlier quarter.
Coleman Cable, Inc. reported adjusted EPS income of $0.40 per share. By that measure, the company beat the mean analyst estimate of $0.28 as well as the average revenue estimate of $222.02 million.
