Mr. Shen will oversee Hudson's operations in China.

Mr. Shen has more than 17 years of experience in the independent power, private equity and clean energy sectors. He joins Hudson from Huaneng Invesco WLR Investment Consulting Company, where he was CEO. Previously, Mr. Shen was a Managing Director at CLP Holdings Limited and Executive Director/COO of China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd.
In his role as head of Hudson's China operations, Mr. Shen will lead the firm's strategic positioning in the country. Hudson is in the process of opening an office in Beijing.
