Chazel Capital, Inc. is headed up by its President and CEO Mr. Andre Savard. Mr. Savard was born in Chazel, a small rural village located in the province of Québec, Canada that is rich in minerals and is world renowned for its mining industries. Mr. Savard started his professional career as an Officer in the Canadian Army and served his country for 21 years, during which time he gained significant experience in many high profile jobs throughout the world. Mr. Savard holds a Bachelor Degree in Space Operations; he is also specialized in explosives technology, equipment management and project management. Mr. Savard has a solid background in Research & Development acquired while working in both USA and Canada and was a director for a non-profit organization which provided free financial training and services to small investors who desired financial literacy. During his term as a director, he founded and managed an investment pool of that organization. For the last few years, he has been a financial partner in active alluvial gold mining operation in Guyana, South America. This partnership is operated by North American Resources Inc, Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of South American Minerals, Inc.
