UAE Attracting Billions in Investment Projects

A recent research report, "UAE Construction Industry Outlook to 2012", by RNCOS has revealed that over a period of time, the UAE has emerged as the frontrunner in attracting the bulk of the investments in infrastructure industry. The petro dollar, enormous liquidity level, favorable business environment and the government commitment towards the industry has resulted in unusual growth of the UAE infrastructure industry. The research report also revealed that there will hardly be any impact of the global liquidity crunch on the ongoing and planned projects in the country. The UAE will continue to witness massive inflow of investment in infrastructure projects.
