Paris, Brussels, 25August 2008 - Today, NYSE Euronext (NYX) announced the transfer of Thernergo from Alternext onto Euronext Paris and its dual-listing on Euronext Brussels.
Today 17,236,007 existing shares of the company Thenergo SA were listed on the NYSE Euronext regulated markets of Brussels and Paris. Thenergo's shares ceased to be listed on Alternext on 22 August after closing of trading. Thenergo is the 12th IPO on the Brussels market this year.
At today's opening price of €8.65, a 2.98% rise, the company's market capital amounts to €149 million.
