Rexnord Holdings, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock
MILWAUKEE, Jul 18, 2008 -- Rexnord Holdings, Inc. ("Rexnord"), the ultimate parent of RBS Global, Inc. and Rexnord LLC, announced today it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
Rexnord intends to apply to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "RXN" and intends to apply the net proceeds from this offering to repay indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
The offering of common stock will be made only by means of a prospectus.
