interCLICK (OTCBB: ICLK ) Appoints David M. Garrity CFO
NEW YORK July 7th 2008 --interCLICK, Inc. (OTCBB: ICLK ), the fastest growing advertising network in the US according to comScore, announced today that it has appointed David M. Garrity, CFA as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Garrity will also serve as chief strategy officer & spokesperson for the Company.
As CFO of interCLICK, Mr. Garrity’s primary responsibilities will be to manage its finance and accounting groups including the implementation and supervision of internal controls and all public filings; Corporate development (M&A, strategic partnerships); and overseeing external financing initiatives.

A regular guest commentator on CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Business News Network and often quoted in breaking stories pertaining to Google and Yahoo in the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, IBD, New York Times and Forbes, Mr. Garrity previously was managing director & director of research at boutique investment bank Dinosaur Securities LLC. He has over 20 years’ experience covering both the technology and industrial sectors. At Dinosaur, Mr. Garrity advised U.S. institutional clients as well as those covered by the firm’s offices in the U.K., Switzerland, Brazil and Turkey.
Prior to joining Dinosaur, Mr. Garrity held managing director posts at Investec as Director of Research; at Caris & Company; and American Technology Research where he was a founding member. Previously, Mr. Garrity at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein led the global automotive sector research effort where he guided seven analysts based in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
Mr. Garrity received an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
