Nordic Windpower Appoints Top Wind and Renewable Energy Advisors
BERKELEY, Calif., July 1 2008 - Nordic Windpower Ltd., the leading company manufacturing and selling innovative, utility-scale turbines based on proven Swedish technology, today announced that two executives from major renewable and wind energy corporations have joined the company as advisors.
Patricia Bellinger, previously one of the top 40 executives at BP and an expert in building diversity and inclusion programs, has been appointed to the Nordic Windpower Board of Directors. In addition, Mr. Nils Nerback, a finance, merger and acquisition specialist previously with Vattenfall, the largest wind energy producer in the Nordic region, will serve as a special advisor to the Nordic Board.

Nils Nerback is CFO of one of the three divisions of Kwintet, the leading European supplier of professional and work wear, owned IndustriKapital, a private equity firm. From 2002 to 2007, he held executive positions at Vattenfall, the Swedish utility. Most recently, he managed mergers and acquisitions of power facilities and wind turbines that led Vattenfal to become the largest wind power producer in Scandinavia. Previously, he worked in global investments with Deutsche Bank. He received his MSc and BSc degrees from Uppsala University in Sweden. He is fluent in several languages, and has worked in Europe, the US, and South America.
