American Stock Exchange Launches Trading in
Powershares' First Global ETFs
NEW YORK, June 13 2007 The American Stock Exchange® (Amex®) today
announced that it has launched trading in five new exchange traded funds
(ETFs) from PowerShares Capital Management LLC (PowerShares).

PowerShares Global Clean Energy Portfolio (Symbol: PBD)
PBD seeks to track the WilderHill New Energy Global Innovation
Index(TM), which consists of companies whose technologies focus on the
generation and use of cleaner energy, conservation and efficiency, and
the advancement of renewable energy in general as determined by
WilderHill New Energy Finance, LLC.
PowerShares Dynamic Europe Portfolio (Symbol: PEH)
PEH seeks to track the QSG Active Europe Index, which is comprised of
250 stocks of European companies selected on the basis of their capital
appreciation potential as identified by Quantitative Services Group, LLC
pursuant to a proprietary quantitative methodology.
PowerShares Dynamic Asia Pacific Portfolio (Symbol: PUA)
PUA seeks to track the QSG Asia-Pacific Opportunities Index, which is
comprised of 125 stocks of Asia Pacific companies selected on the basis
of their capital appreciation potential as identified by the
Quantitative Services Group, LLC pursuant to a proprietary quantitative
methodology.
PowerShares Global Water Portfolio (Symbol: PIO)
PIO seeks to track the Palisades Global Water Index(TM), a modified
equal- dollar weighted index comprised of publicly traded global water
companies listed on a major international stock exchange whose business
stands to benefit substantially from the quantity and/or quality issues
associated with the global management of water resources.
PowerShares Dynamic Developed International Opportunities Portfolio
(Symbol: PFA)
PFA seeks to track the QSG Developed International Opportunities
Index, which consists of 250 global equities selected on the basis of
their capital appreciation potential as identified by Quantitative
Services Group, LLC pursuant to a proprietary quantitative methodology.
Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing, LP is the specialist for PBD and
PIO. Kellogg Capital Group, LLC is the specialist for PUA. LaBranche
Structured Products, LLC is the specialist for PEH and PFA. Options will
not be traded on these funds.
