Yingli Green Energy Signs Third Polysilicon Supply Agreement with DC Chemical
BAODING, China - May 9 2008 - Yingli Green Energy Holding Company Limited (NYSE: YGE) (“Yingli Green Energy” or the “Company”), one of the world’s leading vertically integrated photovoltaic (“PV”) product manufacturers, today announced that it has signed a third polysilicon supply agreement with DC Chemical Co., Ltd. (“DC Chemical”) , a leading Korean chemicals producer. Under the terms of agreement, DC Chemical will supply polysilicon with a value of approximately US$39 million to Yingli Green Energy. The delivery period started in April 2008 and will end in December 2008.
