Yahoo! Board of Directors to Evaluate Unsolicited Proposal From Microsoft
SUNNYVALE, Calif.--Februarty 1, 2008 -Yahoo! Inc. (Nasdaq:YHOO ), a leading global Internet company, today said that it has received an unsolicited proposal from Microsoft to acquire the Company.
