The announcement came during the Builder 100 Conference at the Four Seasons Resort at Troon North in Scottsdale, Arizona.

"We continued our focus on efficiencies, while striving for the highest rate of customer satisfaction," explained Steve Wall, President and CEO of Choice Homes.

In 2003, Choice closed 4,394 homes, a 13.3 percent increase over 2002 closings. Approximate revenues of $540.8 million marked a 15.9 percent increase over figures for 2002.

Choice Homes is only one of four privately held homebuilders in the list of top 20 builders in the United States.
