Beazer Homes Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
ATLANTA, Aug 9, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (BZH)
(www.beazer.com) today announced that
its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of ten cents
($0.10) per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on
September 22, 2004 to shareholders of record at the close of business on
September 10, 2004.
