China TechFaith Wireless files for $150M IPO

Apr-7-2005 - Mobile handset designer China TechFaith Wireless Communication Technology Ltd. may raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering of American Depositary Shares, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday.

Terms for the offering including share price and number of shares to be offered were not included in the filing.
