Under the terms of the agreement, YesDTC will begin booking all associated revenues as of early November 2010, a benefit that is expected to add meaningfully to YesDTC's revenue stream going forward.
Mr. Alex Trebek, the host of the popular television quiz show "Jeopardy!" which represents the number two prime time television series currently in syndication averaging nine million viewers a day, also serves as the host of the WordSmart long form television infomercial and endorses the WordSmart product line. The "Jeopardy!" quiz show is known for testing intellect and knowledge recall and it is high respected among many viewers for its ability to challenge contestants in categories of higher learning. Since its 1984 syndication debut, "Jeopardy!" has been honored with 28 Daytime Emmy Awards, more than any other syndicated game show. Eleven Emmys have been awarded for Outstanding Game Show/Audience Participation and host Alex Trebek himself has won five Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Game Show Host. Mr. Trebek's association with "Jeopardy!" makes him a highly visible and publicly recognized leader in the higher education, learning and greater intellect industry, making him an ideal figurehead to endorse the WordSmart product line.
