Chief Executive Officer

Joseph (Joe) Noel is a 29-year veteran of the financial investment and technology industries and is President of Emerging Growth Research, LLP. Joe was recently a senior analyst at Pacific Growth Equities, LLC, where he tracked the emerging growth and advanced industrial sectors. Prior to Pacific Growth Equities, he covered growth companies at Hambrecht & Quist and was employed by Gartner/Dataquest as a communications industry analyst. Mr. Noel has been directly involved in more than 50 public company financings.

Before becoming an analyst, Mr. Noel received solid industry experience at a number of major corporations including MCI, where he was responsible for the frame relay product marketing launch, and British Telecom where he was involved in strategic planning for the company's Internet access service. He was also employed by various Bell Operating Companies in both marketing and technical roles for nearly ten years.

Mr. Noel received his MBA in finance from Wake Forest University and holds a B.S. degree in business and economics. A four-time Wall Street Journal All-Star Analyst, Joe specializes in emerging growth companies in the biotech, medical, telecommunications, Internet and advanced industrial equipment sectors.

William Bush
Chief Financial Officer

William (Bill) Bush has over 20 years of experience in accounting, financial support and business development. Prior to joiningYesDTC in 2010, Bill was CFO of the leading manufacturer of solar panels in India, helping the company to reach $100 million in sales in its first 15 months of operation.

He has also served as CFO for several high growth software and online media companies with responsibilities for establishing business processes, capital raising, business development and investor relations. Prior to these positions, he was a director of business development and corporate controller for buzzsaw.com.

Buzzsaw.com Inc., where he was one of the founding members. The company was later spun-off from Autodesk, Inc. in 1999. From 1997 to 1999, Bill worked as the corporate controller at Autodesk, Inc. (NasdaqGM:ADSK), the fourth largest software applications company in the world. Bill also spent seven years in public accounting with Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse.

Bill holds a B.S. in Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley and is a Certified Public Accountant. He currently serves on the Board of Towerstream (NASDAQ:TWER), a leading supplier of WiMax services; FindEx.com (OTCBB:FIND), a Bible study software provider; and ThinIdentity, a private developer and distributor of virtualization solutions for the medical industry.

Bill currently serves as CFO of YesDTC Holdings, Inc.
