TOMBSTONE EXPLORATION CORP. – A SILVER – GOLD EXPLORATION COMPANY

Most monetary experts agree that there is a high risk of hyper-inflation as a result of the liberal monetary policies instituted by the United States and other countries during the past 18 months. With that evidence as a backdrop, many natural resource analysts are forecasting another major move in the prices of precious metals over the ensuing 12-18 months. A recent report that we read indicated that although gold may trade at $2,000 per ounce before it trades at $500, many analysts are looking toward silver as a great way to hedge against hyper-inflation.

Silver, as well as gold, is a currency of last resort. However, unlike gold, silver cannot be easily recycled because of the nature of its industrial and therapeutic applications. It is our belief that everyone should have some exposure to silver in their portfolios. Third world countries are developing at a very fast clip and just like their American counterparts, they want iPods, cell phones and flat screen TVs. All of these applications consume silver, which would put a floor under its price.

The long term outlook for silver is very bullish. Every product that uses silver in its process is either increasing in demand or holding steady except for photography, which has been moving away from film in favor of digital imaging. Several other factors will also drive silver prices, including its use in medical applications and batteries. In those instances, the silver is all but impossible to recover for future use, which should add upward pressure to the price of silver, especially as the world economies improve.

Perhaps the main reason why one's portfolio should have some exposure to silver has to do with China . The Chinese government has recently begun encouraging its citizens to purchase silver bullion, something that has not been done before. This too should put a floor under the price of the metal.

Tombstone Exploration ("Tombstone") is an exploration-stage mining company which has the mineral rights to approximately 11,500 acres of historic mining land.

Tombstone engaged in two active drilling programs in 2007 and 2008. The value of identified resource potential is in excess of $400,000,000. In addition to silver at 141 g/t, the various mineral inventories at the Tombstone acreage are:

  • Silver: 10.4 million ounces
  • Gold: 25,200 ounces
  • Manganese: 205 million pounds
  • Lead: 7.5 million pounds
  • Zinc: 1.25 million pounds
  • Copper: 386,000 pounds

In the resource exploration business, seasoned management is essential during the exploration and production phase. Tombstone has built a strong management team with many combined years of experience in the mining and/or financial services industries.

The company's current properties are believed to contain nearly $400 million worth of mineral resources at today's metal prices. With a market capitalization of less than $4,000,000, the company has significant upside potential, both as a speculation as well as a value play. If any of the company's planned drilling programs continues to confirm its considerable mineralization, Tombstone 's common stock could make a big move, very quickly.

With 61 million shares and price as of $.07 on March 2, 2010, Tombstone Exploration Corporation is a ‘roll of the dice' on the silver market and a roll of the dice on hyper-inflation.

Key Points:

  • Small management team that can move quickly
  • Very low overhead
  • Silver is an excellent hedge against inflation
  • Exploration projects in district with prolific silver history

Tombstones Exploration Properties:

Initial geological studies have been completed indicating significant financial returns are highly probable. Initial projections indicate consistency with geological reports and historical recoveries for the Tombstone District.

The primary focus of operations will be to generate revenue from the production of silver, gold as well as additional base minerals such as copper, lead and zinc. Through expansion, TEM will acquire new properties, as well as integrate the extraction of precious metals and other minerals. The goal is to produce metals and minerals at or below standard industry costs. The historical nature of mining activities in the area and the acceptance of governmental agencies will enable easier startup here than in non-mining oriented locations.

The significant potential for copper recovery will likely draw considerable interest from major copper producing companies, as well as precious metals mining concerns. Arizona has consistently been a major producer of copper, and precious metals as by products. With the variety of the metals projected for extraction, the Company expects to attract major attention and support from the state, local and federal governments
