Donald Sharpe B.Sc. Geophysics, President & CEO
Mr. Sharpe worked for Suncor Inc. from 1981-1994 as an exploration Geophysicist and later a group leader, planning, budgeting and executing exploration programs throughout the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. In 1994 Mr. Sharpe left Suncor to begin D. Sharpe Management Inc. Mr. Sharpe has consulted to, managed and served as a director of a number of successful start-up companies including Gemini Energy Inc., and Velvet Exploration Inc.

Larry B. Kellison, COO
Mr. Kellison is a professional geologist with more than 25 years of varied oil and gas experience. Most recently he was Vice President and General Manager for Black Hills Corporation's oil and gas subsidiary in Golden, Colorado where he led the company's operations throughout the U.S. Prior to Black Hills, Mr. Kellison worked for 10 years as a geologist and later the District Manager for Montana Power Company and their oil and gas subsidiary, North American Resources Company. Mr. Kellison also spent three years with the United States Geological Survey in Denver, Colorado.

Mr. Kellison has a Masters in Geology from the University of Nebraska and was a PhD candidate at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. He is the author or co-author of a number of industry publications.

Drew Bonnell MBA, CFO, Director
MBA Richard Ivey School of Business University of Western Ontario. Mr. Bonnell is a Vancouver, Canada based management and financial consultant.

John Martin MBA, Director
John is a corporate finance specialist and is the Managing Director of CMI, Credit Markets Investments Ltd. (Geneva). Previously, Mr. Martin was the senior VP and head of Capital Markets for Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi AG (Switzerland). He was also a member of Mitsubishi’s Investment Policy Committee for private banking and an ALM committee member for the bank’s capital. Prior to this Mr. Martin was VP, Capital Markets for the Royal Bank of Canada (Suisse) and Assistant Treasurer and Capital Markets Manager for Inspectorate Finance S.A. Geneva.
